Checking your ViewSonic ViewBoard connections for touch capability
The cables on the right side of your panel must be connected to the appropriate ports for the touchscreen to work properly with your computer.
We have 4 different models of panels on campus. If you are having issues with the touchscreen not working, please see below. You will be checking to ensure the touch port is connected to the correct corresponding HDMI port.

1. Only has one option for the touchscreen. Can use either of the 3 HDMI ports.
2. Has 2 options for the touchscreen. Touch 1 with HDMI 1 or 2. Touch 2 with HDMI 3.

4. Has 2 options for the touchscreen. Touch 1 with HDMI 1 or 2. Touch 2 with HDMI 3.
